I reserve the right to share any product I create on social media to promote my portfolio and provide monetized content. If you wish for your commission to remain private, inform me beforehand.

Once you have purchased a product from me, you're in your right to use it for any personal, non-commercial use. Under no circumstances may you use my art for any blockchain-related technology, NFTs, cryptocurrency, and AI training. My art should not be altered via AI generation, either. If you're interested in using your product for commercial use, let me know, and we can discuss additional fees for a commercial license if necessary.

Payment upfront is always required. For large payments over $400, payment plans are able to be discussed.

Commission work involving 18+ themes such as sexual imagery can be discussed. An ID proving your age will need to be required. I will not sell 18+ content to anyone underaged.

If I cancel an order for any reason, a full refund will be issued to you. If you cancel an order for any reason, a partial refund amount will depend on how much work was done prior to cancellation.

Process images are shown throughout the process. It is your responsibility to address any concerns or changes needed at the appropriate stage. For example, if you're reviewing the shading stage, I cannot change a character's pose due to it already being approved previously.

Final commissioned work will be sent to you and will contain a Google Drive link. Please be sure to copy it on your end, as I cannot promise long-term preservation on my end.

Digital commissions will never be shipped to a physical address unless we have discussed an exception. Physical products such as stickers will be shipped via USPS.
